2022 Actiworkshops
- COMUSYC Actiworkshops – music therapy for self-awareness, self-expression, creativity and inclusion
- Place: Barcelona, Spain
- Date of first and second workshops: 22/09/2022
- Number of Participants: 11
- Description: Two workshops were implemented on the same day (22 September 2022) in Barcelona, Spain, with the main aim of identifying the most relevant difficulties young people ( aged between 18-30) encounter in their life and how music and arts can help them overcome these difficulties. There were 11 participants of a different cultural and social background. The workshop was facilitated by two peer mentors, under the supervision of two experts in the field of music therapy. The activities implemented were all related to music therapy. The outcome, as reflected in participants’ evaluation sheets and verbal feedback, was rather satisfactory. The impact on participants, based on the feedback received, consisted in an immediate feeling of wellbeing and increased awareness about themselves and their mental health.
2023 PR2 Pilot Workshop

- Place: Barcelona, Spain
- Date: 23/May/2023
- Number of Participants: 9
- Description: A music therapy pilot workshop was implemented in Barcelona, Spain, in the framework of the COMUSYC Erasmus+ project, with the main aim of testing the activities of the COMUSYC e-manual, based on the four scenarios of activation previously identified, in order to indicate shortcomings or potential advices. There were 9 participants of a different cultural and social background. The workshop was facilitated by one peer mentor, under the supervision of one expert in the field of music therapy. The 5 activities implemented were all related to music therapy. The outcome, as reflected in participants’ evaluation sheets and verbal feedback, was rather satisfactory.
